item the said Thos Harvey shall pay the lord's rent and if it shall appear that the said Thos Harvey shall be put out at the three years end then the said Jn Brewer or his assigns shall allow him for himself to be adjudged by two honest men but if the said Harvey shall put himself out then he shall sink in his charges in witness whereof the parties abovesaid to these present conveyances have hereunto interchangeably set to their hands and seals signed and sealed in the presence of Wm Adams writer Jn Bett his mark Jn Brewer
