Jn Cockerell holdeth of the lord as of the said manor freely by deed 1a of land called Colne Acre now in the tenure of Wm Fynche and lieth to the highway leading from Earls Colne towards Coggeshall east which to him by right of inheritance did descend by and after the death of Thos Cockerell (deceased) his grandfather by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 2d payable as is aforesaid as appeareth in the court rolls of this manor and also a porch house which he holdeth freely by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 2d
