Jn Gonner and Joan his wife hold to them and to the heirs of the same Jn by virtue of the surrender of the said Jn one little cottage builded upon a piece of land containing by estimation 1r late parcel of a tenement called Stacyes alias Jn Adams and the same lieth on the west part of the residue of the said tenement called Stacyes and abutteth upon the lane leading from Curdes Style in to the highway leading towards Coggeshall by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 4d payable as is aforesaid (368)
