Agnes the late wife of Robt Jolley did take by copy for the term of her life by virtue of the surrender of the said Robt her husband the remainder after her death to Jn Jollye his son for term of his life the remainder after the death of the same Jn unto Robt Jollye and Wm Jollye sons of the same Robt and to the heirs of their bodies between them equally the pasture of a wood called Hansers Hedge by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 14d payable quarterly as is aforesaid as appeareth in the court with the leet 29Eliz1
