Wm Greene and Eliz his wife hold of the lord as of this manor to them by copy for term of their lives and of the longest liver of them the remainder after their several deaths to Lawrence Gylot and Eliz his wife one of the daughters of the said Wm and Eliz Greene and to their heirs for ever one tenement with a garden thereto belonging called Fyrmyntylers with the appurtenances in Earls Colne aforesaid by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of payable as is aforesaid as appeareth in the court rolls of this manor 28Eliz1
