Robt Peertree holdeth to him and his heirs by copy of court roll of the lord as of the said manor by virtue of the surrender of Thos Bridge and Anne his wife one piece and parcel of pasture called Rushefield and a meadow customary called Rushe Meadow containing by estimation 16a with appurtenances in Earls Colne by fealty suit of court and the yearly rent of 26s8d quarterly as is aforesaid as shown in the court 29Eliz1 and in the rentals of 3Edw6 and then were of Eliz Vere widow
