Wm Inneman holdeth of the lord as of this manor to him and to his heirs by copy by virtue of the lord's grant one little piece of the lord's waste soil of this manor containing in length 24ft of assize and 10ft in breadth over against a free messuage of the same Wm that is to say a hall and other buildings to enclose the same piece of land with pales for his easement against the street there by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of payable as is aforesaid as appeareth in the 20Eliz1
