Edw Clemens holdeth by copy of court roll of the said manor one tenement with a pightle wherein it standeth called Lophams Garden lying between Earls Colne Green aforesaid towards the north and the land of Jn Person called Walnuttrecroft towards the south the one head whereof abutteth upon the said Green towards the east and the other head upon the tenement of Evans towards the west and containeth 2r and renteth yearly for the same (47) (tenement) (439a) (Lophams Garden)
