They are now waiting until they have made all the village houses and then they will do the gates - 'it would have been better if we had not waited so long' - when they do them they will do all the carvings - 6 Khels 8 gates - the number of mithan on a gate is a rough index to enemy mithan killed - if one killed, one is carved - if more than one, 2 are carved - if a great number caught and killed, 3 are carved - genna to carve women's breasts on the gate. |
