text: August 1-8. Complete black-out of Naga news. Movement of NNC delegation not known. On 7 a rumour that the Angami, met them at Dimapur - conjectured that they had gone to Delhi.
text: In last fortnight - Assam Tribune - strangely 'sympathetic' - putting the onus for a settlement on the Assam leaders - emphasising delicacy and tact - partly blaming Assamese for the position.
