text: ....Adam's tell us you have been on tour in the Wakching area. The weather will rather have spoilt things, but I'm eager to hear what you think of their art.
text: I can quite understand that the Wakching area does not want to go to Tirap, but it will be best for them in the end, I think. The Dikhu is a good natural boundary, and the Konyaks ought to be under the same administration. (J.P. Mills)
