text: Today we reached Wokha, the scene of the first N.N.C. meeting and the administrative centre for the Lhota tribe. It possesses a large Middle English school, hospital, dispensary and a bench of about seven interpreters who try Lhota cases.
text: As we passed the village, there were clumps of white saffron growing by the roadside and in the hedges of the houses daturas drooped their great white bells.
