text: Noklak has two khels and we passed right between them. The village is big but it gives a rather uninteresting impression and the houses cannot measure up in any way to Chang houses. They are rather small with quite low and totally horizontal gables. The roofs are tiled with slate in Kalyu Kengyu fashion. Only a few men can be seen and we did not take any time as we want to see Noklak on our way back.
