text: To yesterday's account of Metlou's marital affairs, it should be added that before his marriage to Shuidzing he already had been married briefly to Minyang (Shayonghu, Thepong) but soon had sent her away although she supposedly had loved him very much. Although the Bala youth do not have to build platforms like the Angban and Balang, nevertheless the girls of the morung are making madhu for them which they prepare in the house of the morung Ang, Yongmet (Shungtahu), the madhu the young men will drink to get into the right mood for the dance.
