Yesterday I heard about a slave boy from Phem (Mongnyu) who the Oukheang had bought from Chongwe and had then killed (See Notebook 14 p. 163). Now Yongang has mentioned full of pride that the Thepong too had once bought a slave, a little girl who also had come from Phem and was in the possession of Choha.
