To Kotsoma along the bridle path (9 miles) thence to Kotsobasa and back (about 2 and a half miles each way) and then on to Wokha another 8 miles or so. The excursion off the road required to go into the question of the boundary between Champhimi and Kotsobasa which was laid by Mr. J.E. Scott who does not appear to have called in the persons principally affected by the new boundary and characteristically never put anything at all in writing. A number of cases at Wokha. I gave leave to Yekhum to destroy a solitary gunda elephant damaging their crops. |
