text: To Koio after inspecting the school and hospital. There is a new school at Koio, with a Lhota master attended as well by Seleku and Chingaki villages. The crops are thin and badly wanting rain. Much of the young rice is already withered. The want of water is such no weeds have grown up to speak of.
