text: Halted and visited Yimbarasa where I have never been before. This used to have 80 houses when the present Gaonbura was first appointed. It now has 17. I fancy this excessive decay must have been partly due to too much carrying on the bridle path from the plains when Wokha was a Subdivision. Villages at the plains ends of bridle-paths never thrive.
text: Bhandari complained that the Christians did not contribute paddy to the Puti twice a year. I said that I did not think he could claim it from Christians.
