text: To Primi. Phozami have raised a claim to all the land on their side of the Tizu but it is clearly a very thin one, as Primi have cultivated across it for years without Phozami being able to stop them.
text: I found here that Ivilhu, having come to look at the bridle path, took coolies to carry his mal and told them that I would pay. I have done so but have every intention of recovering from Ivilhu. The villages that put up the temporary bridge across the Tizu want to be paid.
