text: To Melomi, sending the Head Interpreter and a Sema dobashi to meet me at Chipoketama via Khuvakhu and Sishimi. I was met at Melomi by a number of litigants and the Gaonbura of Yisisu (Phozanasami) and Lapvomi. The raising of revenue from this area is regarded as a splendid opportunity for digging up two generation old disputes.
