text: To Chipokitami. Khushikonoma want to get rid of one of their miles, but I do not think there is any one to give it to. I will look into this in Kohima.
text: Tehepfima reported that one Hoseli or Hocheli having bagged more than his share of the village land threatens to kill anyone who interferes, and has sharpened his dao and spear and challenged anyone who objects to come and talk to him in the field he has taken. It is reported by Lhokhevi that he cut two fingers off a man in Ikiya before this. I reminded Tehepfima that they had the right of self-defence if molested by him.
