text: 1st February, Wednesday. Halted. Browne and Ogle were out all day inspecting the watershed of the Burrail and the positions occupied by the five villages I alluded to in the report I submitted last year and the former informs me he has now seen quite enough of the country to enable him to form an opinion regarding the boundary question and considers there is no necessity for proceeding further on or for delaying any longer where we are so if the coolees are ready tomorrow we propose to start back for Samaguting.
