be it known to all men by these presents that I Rich Harlakenden esq have given and granted unto Hen Bridge one pollinger of oak now standing and growing upon (470) my land called St Mary Croft against the nether corner of the orchard now in the tenure of the said Hen to be felled or stubbed before the feast of easter next coming and to be converted and employed to his own use at his pleasure and these presents shall be his sufficient warrant in that behalf given this 21.3.1612 Rich Harlakenden
