Frances Church 1633 she was admitted by the surrender of Jn Church her husband to a messuage a garden adjoining called Sonnells and a parcel of land called Sebrights and three other parcels of land called Warkmans worth 10li or 12li per annum and this was to the use of herself for life and then to Jn their eldest son and his heirs but he was not admitted which Jn the son is since dead and she paid for her fine 10li
