tuesday being 12.4.1575
Thos Wade
son and heir of
Wm Wade
was admitted tenant of the lord for himself and his heirs to four customary crofts containing about 10a parcel of six crofts of land called
Seven Acres
in all lying namely between a lane leading towards
Borefeilde
on one part and certain crofts of land called
Slowcrofts
and
Debnams
on the other part as by a roll of the same said court it appears now it is shown by the said homage that after the last court and before this court the aforesaid
Thos Wade
died seised of such his estate and that
Thos Wade
is his eldest son and next heir and of full age and should have the right to have the premises who the same said
Thos Wade
present here in court was granted thereof seisin to have for himself and his heirs to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he paid his fine to the lord and fealty and was admitted thereof tenant |
