whereas at a court here held 19.9.1604 there was a precept to the bailiff of this manor to seize into the hands of the lord one customary cottage with garden called Boxsted and one tenement with garden adjoining called Higgens and one croft adjoining called Mordens because no one came to agree with the lord for his fine and accept the premises out of the lord's hands and therefore at this court another proclamation was made that if anyone should come into court and agree with the lord for his fine and do the services to the lord for the premises as before and no one came and so there was another precept to the bailiff to seize the premises into the hands of the lord as before and a day was given for the next court as before
