lying in the aforesaid Colne as by a court roll here in court produced it is clearly shown now at this court it is shown by the homage that the aforesaid

after the last court and before this court died seised of the premises and that
Nath Kinge
is his son and next heir and should have the right to the premises who the same said

present here in court came and sought for himself admittance to the said premises and because it was seen by the lord and steward that his claim was just therefore the lord by his steward granted thereof seisin to him to hold to him and his heirs to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown in the margin |
