at this court it is shown by the homage that Jn Potter of Peldon customary tenant of this manor after the last court and before this court surrendered into the hands of the lord of the aforesaid manor by the hands of Jn Barrell instead of the bailiff in the presence of Thos Lepingwell and Jn Potter two customary tenants of this same manor the same testifying according to the custom of the aforesaid manor all that his customary lands lying in White Colne commonly called Great Redinge with appurtenances held by copy of a roll of this same court to the use and behoof of his last will and testament
