and also to this court came Robt Poole and Philippa his wife and Rich Purcasse and Jane his wife the aforesaid women being the two daughters and coheirs of Jn Fuller deceased who had the right of inheritance to a certain meadow called Hipford Meadow lying in Halstead held by copy of a roll of this court which same said Phillipa and Jane at this court humbly sought from the lord admittance to the said meadow to whom the lord by his aforesaid steward granted to them seisin thereof to have to them and their heirs forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord etc and this court sitting came the aforesaid Robt Poole and Philippa his wife and the aforesaid Rich Purcasse and Jane his wife the aforesaid women solely and lawfully examined and acknowledged by the aforesaid steward according to the custom of the aforesaid manor and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his aforesaid steward the aforesaid meadow with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Jn Foaks and Rose his wife and to the longer liver and the remainder thereof to the next heir of Rose herself forever upon which at this court the aforesaid Jn Foaks and Rose humbly sought from the lord admittance to the aforesaid premises to whom the lord by his aforesaid steward granted to the aforesaid Jn and Rose seisin thereof to have to them and to the longer liver the remainder thereof as stated above to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave to the lord their fine and made fealty and were admitted thereof tenants of the lord
