and also at this court it is shown by the homage that Hen Stamer of White Colne after the last court and before this court surrendered into the hands of the lord of the aforesaid manor by the hands of Jn Finche instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Parker and Jn Pierson two customary tenants of this manor the same testifying according to the custom of the aforesaid manor all his tenure for the next year following of and in one tenement and customary lands with appurtenances called Loshes and Foul Meadow to the use and behoof of Jos Harvie of Wethersfield and his assigns who the same said Jos Harvie present here in court humbly sought from the lord admittance to the aforesaid premises to whom the lord by his aforesaid steward granted thereof seisin to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine and made fealty and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord until etc
