first of all the homage present that whereas at the last court here held for this same manor they instructed Robt Davy to make and repair his fence against St Mary Croft now also at this court it is further presented that he did not make the same according to the aforesaid instructions upon which at this court they instruct the aforesaid Robt Davie to mend and repair his aforesaid fence before 9.9.next and that he should thus continue to keep the same in repair upon penalty of forfeiting to the lord 4li
