item it is presented that whereas Sam Brewer before this surrendered his customary land called Debnams to the use and behoof of Jn Haakisbee clerk upon condition that if the aforesaid Sam or his assigns should pay or cause to be paid to the aforesaid Jn Haakisbee the sum of 20li of legal money at a certain day in the future that then the surrender should be void now at this court it is further presented that the aforesaid Sam Brewer paid the aforesaid sum of money to the aforesaid Jn Haakisbee and that the aforesaid Jn Haakisbee upon this recognises himself to be satisfied and that the aforesaid surrender is void
