and afterwards to this same said court came the aforesaid Robt Davye in person and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the aforesaid steward the aforesaid tenement and other premises with their appurtenances with this intention that that lord at this same court should regrant the same said tenement and other premises to the aforesaid Robt Davye and Kath his wife and the heirs of Robt himself to whom the same said Robt Davye and Kath present here in court the lord by his aforesaid steward granted thereof seisin by the rod to have to them the aforesaid Robt and Kath and the heirs and assigns of the aforesaid Robt forever upon the aforesaid condition to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents customs and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and the aforesaid Robt Davy and Kath gave to the lord their fine and fealty and were admitted in the aforesaid form tenant etc
