whereas Edw Cresner gentleman lately surrendered a certain parcel of customary land of this manor called Tilekell Fenne to the use of Wm Nevill gentleman upon the condition of payment of 22li to the aforesaid Wm in or upon 11.6.last now it is shown by the homage of this court that the aforesaid Edw Cressner by paying the aforesaid sum of 22li according to the tenor of the aforesaid condition and by reason thereof the aforesaid surrender is void and of no force in law
