it was shown above by the homage that Nath Kinge who held for himself and his heirs one croft of customary land called Kings Garden died after the last court seised thereof and that Thos Kinge is his heir according to the custom of the aforesaid manor but because neither the aforesaid Thos nor anyone else came to take the aforesaid land therefore first proclamation was now made publicly and openly that if anyone would come as true and next heir of the aforesaid Nath Kinge and would claim the aforesaid croft of land he should now come and justice would be administered to him thereof but no one at this time came etc
