it is also shown by the homage that Joan Buntinge widow customary tenant of this manor died after the last court and that Joan Price is her next heir according to the custom of the aforesaid manor but because neither she herself nor any other came to take the aforesaid land therefore first proclamation was made publicly and openly that if anyone would come as true and next heir of the aforesaid Joan Buntinge and claim the one customary cottage and one 1a of land adjoining to the same late of the same said Joan she should now come and justice would be administered to her but no one now at this time came etc
