and furthermore it is shown by the homage that after the last court and before this court Susanna Savage wife of Wm Savage who held for herself and her heirs from the lord of this manor by copy of a court roll certain customary lands called Seven Acres after the last court and before this court died seised thereof and who is her next heir no one knows and because no one came to take the aforesaid premises therefore the first proclamation was three times made that if any one would come as the next heir of the aforesaid Susanna and claim the aforesaid lands he should now come and no one came therefore there is a precept to the bailiff to seize etc
