and furthermore it was shown by the homage that Wm Hutt senior customary tenant of this manor after the last court and before this court viz 19.7.1636 surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Jas Pennocke instead of the bailiff in the presence of Thos Smith senior and Ambrose Waller two customary tenants of the aforesaid manor the same testifying according to the custom of the said manor all his aforesaid customary lands containing by estimation 11a with appurtenances which he bought from Thos Ayllet to the use and intention mentioned and expressed in the last will of the said Wm Hutt
