and afterwards into this same court and the court sitting came Ann Burton widow remaining of the said Sam Burton deceased and by licence of the lord remitted released and forever quitclaimed to the aforesaid Sam Burton the son and his heirs all her right title and demand whatsoever in and to the aforesaid tenement and garden with appurtenances and for such a licence the aforesaid Sam gave to the lord for a fine etc
