and furthermore whereas at a court here held 19.5.1619 Jn Kent and Ann his wife were admitted tenants of the lord for their lifetimes the remainder thereof to the rightful heirs of the said Ann to one croft with garden enclosed and to two crofts of land lying between Mills Fenn and the brook containing by estimation 5a and also to two crofts of land whereof one croft lies next to Sandhill containing by estimation 4a of land and the other croft of land parcel of Mills Fenne and lying between the said croft and the king's highway leading towards Tey as by a roll of the aforesaid court it appears now at this court it is shown by the homage that after the last court and before this court the aforesaid Ann died thus seised thereof and the aforesaid Jn Kent survived her and held for himself in tact by right of accretion and at this time is living in full health and that Ann Bentall wife of Geo Bentall is daughter and only heir of the said Ann Kent and of full age who the same said Ann Bentall in person humbly sought admittance to the remainder or reversion of the aforesaid premises when it should happen by and after the death of the said Jn Kent her father to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid remainder or reversion to the aforesaid Ann Bentall and her heirs forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed when the remainder or reversion should happen into her possession and she gave to the lord for a fine etc
