and afterwards into that same court and the court sitting came the aforesaid Geo Cressner and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the aforesaid steward the aforesaid field or parcel of land with appurtenances called Chippin or however else it is called to the use and behoof of the said Jas Pennock junior his heirs and assigns forever upon the condition that if the aforesaid Geo Cressner his heirs executors or assigns should pay or cause to be paid to the aforesaid Jas his executors or assigns 50li of legal money of England within one year after the decease of the said Margery at the now dwelling house of Edw Cresner gentleman situated in the aforesaid Earls Colne that then the aforesaid surrender should be void
