and furthermore it is shown by the homage that Helen Thatcher (Eliz) wife of Jn Thatcher and before wife of Thos Fisher and one of the daughters and coheirs of Edw Watson who held for herself and her heirs one tenement with appurtenances situated in Holstreete and now in the tenure and occupation of Jn Warren after the last court died thus seised thereof and that Thos Fisher is her son and heir and aged 14yrs or thereabouts who present in court humbly sought admittance to the premises to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold to himself and his heirs from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine but because he is under age as stated above therefore at his petition custody both of his body and of the aforesaid tenement was committed to Rich Fisher his uncle until his full age of twenty one years to return to him then an account thereof and to hold from the lord by the services and rents thereunto belonging and for such custody he made fine and fealty
