and afterwards into the same court with the court sitting came the aforesaid Jn Marsh and in full court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his aforesaid steward all and singular the aforesaid tenements and other premises with appurtenances to the use propositions and intentions specified and declared in his last will and testament
