and furthermore whereas at a court here held 3.10.1643 the aforesaid Sarah was admitted tenant of the lord for herself and her heirs to one parcel of customary land parcel of Milfeild containing by estimation 4a1r27p lying between another parcel of land parcel of the aforesaid Milfeild on the eastern part and a parcel of meadow called Holmes towards the west one head thereof abutting upon Bartehall Meade and the aforesaid meadow called Holmes towards the south and the other head abutting upon another parcel of Milfeild towards the north and also to another parcel of Milfeild containing by estimation 1a3r lying between the aforesaid parcel of Milfeild towards the north west and to another parcel of land parcel of Milfeild and containing there in length 32rod and a quarter abutting upon the aforesaid meadow called Barthall Meade towards the south west as by a roll of the aforesaid court it appears now to this court came the aforesaid Jn Beareman and Sarah his wife the said Sarah solely and secretly examined by the aforesaid steward as is the custom and agreeing and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his aforesaid steward the aforesaid premises with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Geo Clarke his heirs and assigns forever who present in court humbly sought admittance to the premises to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid three parcels of land with appurtenances to the aforesaid Geo Clarke his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine and made fealty
