at this court it was presented by the homage that Thos Hales upon 21.12. did surrender into the hands of the lord of the said manor by the hands of Jonas Franklin in place of the bailiff and in the presence of Edw Elliston and Xoph Matthew two customary tenants etc certain lands called Boamefeild with an acre of aldercarr and all other his customary lands and tenements held of the said manor to the use of his last will and testament bearing the date 29.11.last
