at this court it was presented that Margt Gurlefance widow who held to her and her heirs one customary cottage and garden with the appurtenances called Prills as by the rolls of the court bearing date 21.10.1646 it appeareth since the last court died seised without heir of her body and that Jn Collin son and heir of Jn Collin deceased late brother of the said Margt is her cousin and heir and hath right to the premises who being present in court humbly prayed to be admitted tenant to the same to whom the lord of the said manor by his said steward did grant and deliver thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said cottage garden and premises to the said Jn Collin his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs due and of right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine
