and afterwards in the same court the said Jn Collin did come in his own person and in open court did surrender into the hands of the lord of the said manor by the hands of his said steward the said cottage garden and appurtenances to the only proper use and behoof of the said Rich Harlakenden lord of the said manor his heirs and assigns forever
