at this court it was presented that Thos Hales who held to him and his heirs certain lands called Boamefeild and 1a of aldercarr died thereof so seised but because none came into the court to make their claims to the said lands and premises after proclamation thrice made according to the custom of the said manor therefore a precept was made to the bailiff of the said manor to seize the said premises into the lord's hands and to answer the profits thereof upon his accounts
