at this court it was presented by the homage that Mary Baker the wife of Antho Baker who held to her and to the heirs of her body certain lands and tenements called Spilwaters and who held to her for life the remainder thereof after her decease to Sigismund Baker her son and his heirs one orchard or parcel of land containing 1r since the last court died seised and that the said Sigismund is her son and heir but because after proclamation thrice made according to the custom of the said manor that the said Sigismund should come and make his claim etc he came not a precept was made to the bailiff to seize the said lands and premises and to answer the profits thereof at his next account
