The Middle House
lying in Holstreete in Earls Colne to the use of the said

for the term of her life and after her decease to the use of
Alice Browne
daughter of the said

for the term of twelve years from the death of the said
Eliz
fully to be complete and ended and after the end of the said term to the use of
Jn Hutton
son of
Guy Hutton
and his heirs forever upon condition that the said

his heirs or assigns shall pay to

10li apiece of lawful english money within one year after the end of the said term and whereas the said

and desired to be admitted tenant to the said premises to whom the lord of the said manor by his said steward did grant and deliver thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said messuage and premises with the appurtenances to the said

his heirs and assigns upon condition aforesaid of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs due and of right accustomed and he gave to the lord for his fine |
